Impact

Healthcare administration is a vital part of the healthcare industry, and it includes roles in leadership, management, and administration of public health systems, health care systems, hospitals and hospital networks. The Pete Wood Scholarship focuses on building the pipeline of qualified healthcare administration professionals by providing financial assistance to qualifying Wellstar employees who are pursuing a Master of Healthcare. Scholarship funds can be used to help offset the cost of tuition, fees, books, supplies, educational equipment and other costs related to the applicant’s pursuit of a Masters degree in the Healthcare Administration field.
